With such a coveted location, the selection and placement of windows was a key design priority, and were carefully considered to capture expansive views, abundant natural light and cooling sea breezes throughout the home.

Upon arrival, a striking fixed window above the entry door is paired with a sleek obscure glass panel to create a light-filled, double-height foyer. This impressive entrance makes an immediate statement, setting a sense of scale and refinement that carries through the rest of the residence.

Across each level, a curated combination of awning and fixed windows is complemented by Urban Plus sliding doors in Monument, delivering both visual cohesion and contemporary elegance. These openings allow the interiors to flow effortlessly to the outdoors, enhancing the home’s connection to its coastal surrounds while maintaining a strong, architectural aesthetic.

Functionality is elevated with thoughtful details, including a hinged door from the laundry providing discreet access to the side passageway, and louvre windows with obscure glass in the ensuite bathroom. These elements ensure natural ventilation and privacy without compromising on style.
